حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَارِبٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَطْرُقَ أَهْلَهُ لَيْلاً‏.‏

Narrated Jabir: The Prophet forbade going to one’s family at night (on arrival from a journey).
