حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ أَخَذَ سِنًّا فَجَاءَ صَاحِبُهُ يَتَقَاضَاهُ فَقَالَ ” إِنَّ لِصَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ مَقَالاً ”. ثُمَّ قَضَاهُ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ سِنِّهِ وَقَالَ ” أَفْضَلُكُمْ أَحْسَنُكُمْ قَضَاءً ”. Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet took a camel of special age from somebody on credit. Its owner came and demanded it back (harshly).
