حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ “‏ الْحُمَّى مِنْ فَوْحِ جَهَنَّمَ، فَابْرُدُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ ‏”‏‏.‏ Narrated Rafi` bin Khadij: I heard Allah’s Apostle saying, “Fever is from the heat of Hell, so abate fever with water.” Chain : Masdad bin Masrhad – Abu al-Ahwus, Salam bin Sulaym al-Hanafi – Sa’id bin Masrooq Ath-Thawri – ‘Ubaya bin Rafa’ bin Rafi’ – Rafi’ bin Khadij bin Rafi’ Data Source Disclaimer: The data presented on this website has been meticulously collected from Sunnah.com , a recognized and authentic source.
