حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، – وَهُوَ ابْنُ زَيْدٍ – حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ، عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، – رضى الله عنها – قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم “ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَارَةُ وَالْحُدَيَّا وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ ” . A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:Five are the vicious beasts which should be killed even in the state of Ihram: scorpion, rat, kite, crow and voracious dog.
