وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ، شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، – رضى الله عنها – قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ “‏ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهَا فَوَاسِقُ تُقْتَلُ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَارَةُ ‏”‏ ‏.‏ IA’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:Five are the beasts 1618 harmful and vicious and these must be killed even within the precincts of the Ka’ba: crow, kite, voracio@s dog, kcorpion and rat.
