Sahih Muslim Book: 17, Hadith: 3517

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَابْنُ، نُمَيْرٍ وَإِسْحَاقُ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، – قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، – عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، أَنَّ ابْنَ، عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ‏.‏ زَادَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ الزُّهْرِيَّ فَقَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الأَصَمِّ أَنَّهُ نَكَحَهَا وَهُوَ حَلاَلٌ ‏.‏ Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) married Maimulna in the state of Ihram.
