وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، – وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ – عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لاَ يَذْكُرُ بَيْعُ السِّنِينَ هِيَ الْمُعَاوَمَةُ ‏.‏ A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) from Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him). but he made no mention of transactions years (ahead) implying Mu’awama.
