وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ وَلاَ أَقُولُ نَهَاكُمْ ‏.‏ ‘Ali b. Abi Talib reported:The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) forbade me from the recitation (of the Qur’an) in bowing and prostration and I do not say that he forbade you.
